Pre-registration: Exploratory Empirical–Computational Study of a Triadic Moral Agent (Emotion–Cognition–Values)
Abstract
Addendum (post-registered): This version documents exploratory extensions (ablation and external-layer modulation) conducted after completion of the pre-registered plan. Addendum (post-registrado): Esta versión documenta extensiones exploratorias (ablation y modulación por capa externa) realizadas tras completar el plan pre-registrado. This version provides the English pre-registration of the study. The previous version contains the Spanish pre-registration. This record contains the pre-registration of an exploratory empirical–computational study of a triadic moral agent based on the interaction between Emotion, Cognition, and Values (E–C–V). The study does not aim to establish causal or confirmatory claims. Its purpose is to transparently document the research questions, computational design, parameters, and analysis strategy prior to final implementation, focusing on the exploration of decision patterns, robustness, and sensitivity under controlled simulated moral dilemmas. The attached PDF provides the complete pre-registration protocol, including study objectives, dataset generation, agent architecture, reproducibility commitments, and declared limitations.
