Data from a mesocosm study to test the effects of exposure to azoxystrobin on freshwater systems

This folder contains the experimental data set from a mesocosm study conducted to evaluate the effects of the fungicide azoxystrobin on primary producers and invertebrate taxa at different exposure levels. The folder Raw_data_Full_Study_19b contains the abundances or concentrations of the measured taxa, as well as the physico-chemical properties of the system. The file Taxa_List_and_Effect_Classification.doc contains the list of the taxa collected during the samplings and the results of the MDD analysis for each organism group.
