Abstract

This dataset contains single-view RGB images of maize ears, sorghum panicles, and wheat spikes collected in the field using a smartphone camera for phenotyping and sensing research. The masks were generated using SAM2 and manually corrected in Roboflow. The corn ear dataset is derived from the Maize Ear Single-View Image Dataset (Subset) by Cisdeli et al., 2026, Zenodo DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.18474643 The images and masks are named as collectionDate_genotypeGroup_Individual
