M. Drößler Universal Stability Operator DUSO Technical Specification of the 8.75-Sigma Engine
Abstract
This technical addendum presents the final operative state of the M. Drößler Universal Stability Operator DUSO. By mapping a 36-digit DNA sequence derived from the natural constant psi = 2*sqrt(2) onto a circulant matrix structure, the engine achieves a predefined spectral radius of approximately 0.546918. This ensures a globally unique stability standard of 8.75-Sigma with guaranteed numerical convergence at 10^-18. The system is mathematically closed and 100% finalized.
