"Understanding Relativity Theory"

In this paper I explain Relativity Theory for the laymen with pictures and diagrams. In Appendix 1 I include my papers "Transformational Tensegrity Field Complex" and "Cube to Rhombic Dodecahedron to Cuboctahedron Transformation Models". These papers help us to understand how the Vector Equilibrium, or Cuboctahedron from Synergetics Geometry, demonstrates the physically apprehensible transformation phasings related to what string theory is talking about with their "Tangent Bundle" and its 6+ and 6- degrees of freedom by using polyhedral models.
