Abstract

We formalize the CDIP v3.0 “Ignition → Genesis” interface as an auditable, non-interfering transition from (i) a thin problem category of ecosystem-niche survival tasks to (ii) a thin solution category of adaptive strategies, connected by a Galois connection (H ⊣ Φ). This formulation supports: (1) a canonical initial object representing the primal existence problem;(2) a judgment functor into a thin outcome category implementing TAO/FQC terminal adjudication; and (3) a non-interference factorization that forbids writes to the frozen CDIP v2.0 Core while allowing read-only verification surfaces. The emphasis is strictly proof-theoretic and audit-ready: deterministic evidence bundles, Merkle-rooted logs, and earliest-failure discipline.
