Abstract

This technical note presents a closed, no-fit prediction for the muon anomalous magnetic moment derived from a finite-capacity vacuum response framework. The calculation employs a universal relaxation time τ, fixed independently in the electroweak sector, and introduces no additional parameters or sector-specific tuning. In the microscopic regime corresponding to an isolated leptonic channel, the vacuum response reduces to a pure relaxation operator, yielding a strictly sign-definite expression for Δaμ. A numerical evaluation using the fixed value of τ produces Δaμ≃2.5×10−9, in direct agreement with the current experimental tension. A binary falsification criterion is stated explicitly: if future measurements converge to a value incompatible in sign or magnitude, the framework is ruled out at the microscopic level. This document is an addendum and does not modify or replace prior publications. Together with the electroweak mass prediction for the W boson, it forms a two-observable, one-constant, no-fit test of finite vacuum response. The underlying framework is additionally documented by an active patent filing, establishing priority for the operator-based formulation.
