Abstract

Zero Leap Theory Series — Foundational Derivation Paper 50D resolves Problem 14.8 from Paper 50 (Mathematical Foundations) by deriving Zero Leap Theory constraints from established quantum mechanical theorems. Key results:- Uncertainty-based floor on joint gate observability (Robertson-Schrödinger)- Measurement backaction as theorem via Lüders update- Quantum Zeno Effect as physical implementation of via negativa- Decoherence as mechanism for alignment degradation (Lindblad dynamics) Canonical Case Validation: Section 12 applies the framework to Google Sycamore surface code data (Nature 2023). All predictions match experimental results. Includes supplementary Python code for verification of all calculations.
