Regime Classification

The purpose of the present framework is not to replace existing laws with new ones, but to shift the level at which explanation is provided. Rather than assuming fundamental dynamical closure, the theory seeks to identify the structural conditions under which closed laws can emerge at all. In this view, physical laws are not foundational axioms, but regime-dependent consequences of a more general, non-closed underlying structure.
