Synthesis of Hierarchical Black Hole Cosmology: Information Turbulence Hypothesis and Hubble Tension Resolution via the Extended McVittie Metric
Abstract
This research proposal introduces the McVittie Information Turbulence Model (KITM) as a solution to the $5\sigma$ Hubble Tension and anomalous JWST observations. By identifying the observable universe as the interior of a slowly rotating ultramassive black hole (UBH), the work derives cosmological expansion from holographic "information turbulence" at the event horizon. It utilizes the Extended McVittie Metric to provide a geometric resolution to measurement discrepancies and outlines the "Project Fractal Horizon" for future empirical validation.
