Conceptual Framework for the Transformation of Cellular Proliferation into Organic Architecture
Abstract
This work presents a conceptual framework in which high-rate cellular proliferation, conventionally classified as pathological, is reinterpreted as a biologically active process that can be spatially and physically constrained to support the formation of complex tissues and self-generated organs. Cells exhibiting autonomous replication and intrinsic self-organizing behavior are considered active biological matter whose growth dynamics may be modulated through geometric constraints and universal physical principles. The proposed framework aims, at a conceptual level, to describe the generation of vascularized, genetically compatible, and functionally integrated organ structures. This manuscript is non-experimental in nature and is intended to formally establish intellectual priority while providing a theoretical basis for future modeling, discussion, and potential experimental exploration.
