Abstract

The data contained in this repository include the preprocessed Seurat objects obtained from the original publications for which distribution permission has been secured. These Seurat objects enable full reproducibility of the analyses. In addition, the repository provides the output objects from the singIST workflow for the Atopic Dermatitis (AD) and Hidradenitis Suppurativa (HS) use cases: the optimal asmbPLS-DA fit object and the singIST recapitulations object. For contact matters for the HS data contact Prof. Dr. Johann Gudjonsson (johanng@med.umich.edu) and Prof. Dr. Alex Tsoi (alextsoi@med.umich.edu). For contact matters for the AD data contact Mr. Aitor Moruno-Cuenca (aitor.morunocuenca@almirall.com)
