Automatic tumour segmentation in WSIs: results from TCGA BLCA, LUAD, LUSC and PRAD

A collection of segmentation results of a single automatic tumour segmentation method applied on whole-slide images (WSIs) from four datasets from The Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA): BLCA, LUAD, LUSC, PRAD. The segmentation method is the primary model presented in the study Generalisation of automatic tumour segmentation in histopathological whole-slide images across multiple cancer types (https://arxiv.org/abs/2510.11182). The .zip file contains two folders with results (.png), one folder with performance evaluation files (.csv) and a README file.
