Abstract

A minimal ontological framework is presented in which physical reality isdescribed as an open correlational structure without fundamental closure.Existence is identified with structural persistence under projection, and physical laws are understood as regime-dependent manifestations ofminimal structural complexity. No primitive entities, spacetime, ordynamical laws are postulated at the fundamental level.
