Abstract

RAIG Testbed v1.0.0 is a deterministic, single-instance experimental system designed to study structural dynamics, irreversible memory accumulation, viability loss, and endogenous termination. The system intentionally does not implement intelligence, cognition, learning, optimization, goals, rewards, or agents. Instead, it instantiates a long-lived autonomous structural process governed by fixed internal laws and exposed to a non-adaptive external world. This release includes: the complete specification-to-certification document set, a reference C++20 implementation, a mandatory auto-test suite validating determinism and invariants, and a fully documented experimental run resulting in endogenous termination (KappaZero). Negative results are treated as valid experimental outcomes. This release establishes a verified baseline and a zero-hypothesis for further investigation of conditions under which higher-order artificial intelligence may or may not emerge.
