Generative Entropic Cycle (CEG): Effective Vacuum Modulation and Falsification Criteria
Abstract
Description (English) Generative Entropic Cycle (CEG) is a falsifiable working framework that explores the possibility that a fraction of entropy produced by irreversible physical processes may be stored in ultra-cold environments and later re-activated, contributing an effective regenerative term to long-time cosmic mass/exergy balance. To avoid arbitrariness, the model introduces an operational activation threshold defined on a measurable physical domain V_{dom}, such that E_{crit} = \rho_{e,crit} \, V_{dom}, making the critical entropic density an observable-constrainable quantity rather than a free assumption. The framework explicitly distinguishes between: an ultra-cold baryonic sector E_b (gas, dust, ices), treated with standard astrophysics, and an effective vacuum sector E_v (CEV), modeled at the level of an effective field theory (EFT) with benchmark parameters. CEG does not replace ΛCDM by construction: it reduces to the standard model in the appropriate parameter limits. Its value lies in providing quantitative, sign-definite predictions and explicit 3σ falsification criteria, testable through multiple observational probes, including BAO measurements (DESI), structure growth (Euclid), and infrared/dust signatures (JWST, ALMA). All strong claims are formulated as conditional propositions tied to measurable constraints, with internal consistency and falsifiability as primary design principles.
