Cosmic Geometry as the Blueprint of Life
Abstract
This collection presents eight papers exploring how geometric constraints from six-dimensional spacetime with signature (3,3) may influence fundamental biological structures. THE 3D+3D FRAMEWORK: COMPACTIFIED TEMPORAL DIMENSIONSThe framework proposes 6D spacetime with 3 spatial + 3 temporal dimensions. Critically, the two extra temporal dimensions (τ₂, τ₃) are COMPACTIFIED on a torus T² with radii L₂ = 9.5 light-years and L₃ = 6.0 light-years. This compactification:- Avoids causal paradoxes (no closed timelike curves)- Preserves standard physics at laboratory/Solar System scales- Produces "dark matter-like" effects at galactic scales (purely geometric)- Yields a mathematically consistent, ghost-free quantum field theory CENTRAL FINDING: The universal genetic code parameters emerge from combinatorial properties of 6D spacetime with compactified temporal dimensions:- N_amino_acids = C(6,3) = 20 (choosing 3 from 6 dimensions)- N_codons = 2^6 = 64 (binary encoding in 6D)- N_bases = 2^2 = 4 (minimal binary alphabet) The determinant of the induced 3D metric correlates with amino acid hydrophobicity at r = 0.870 (p < 10^-6). Combined probability of coincidence: P < 10^-12. RELATIONSHIP TO PARENT THEORY:These applications derive from the 3D+3D Discrete Spacetime Framework (DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.18329889), which uses compactified temporal dimensions to explain dark matter, dark energy, and Standard Model parameters from pure geometry.
