Contents (Core): Paper 0 (Primer & reading paths), Stability Contract (Release 1.x invariants), and Papers A–H, K–N:structure/WQO–Kruskal math pack; Trace→Fact protocol; time-as-audit; Strong EDT; archive barrier; collapse core/repacking/OCA;two canons + derived constants; discriminants and end-maps; GR and QFT/RG interface dictionaries; predictive numerics; observable program.
