Abstract

Abstract In the Cognitive Split Era (CSE), AI systems dramatically amplify human ideation, narrative coherence, and mobilization speed, yet they do not alter the fundamental physical constraints governing judgment formation, risk absorption, and capability accumulation in the real world. Within the framework of the Co‑Evolutionary Science of Intelligence (CESI), this white paper formally establishes the Three Laws of Judgment Physics: the Judgment Irreversibility Theorem (JIT), the Judgment Cost Conservation Law (JCCL), and the Judgment Loop Displacement Law (JLDL). Together, these laws define non‑bypassable structural boundaries for judgment ownership, cost payment, and judgment loop integrity under high‑irreversibility conditions, revealing inevitable failure modes in AI‑augmented human systems and modern risk governance.
