Abstract

A single-cell transcriptomic dataset of peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC) either unstimulated or stimulated with influenza vaccine antigens. This study includes twelve older and twelve younger adults. The data objects contain all PBMC, the myeloid cells, or the CD4 T cells. Raw multiplexed sequencing data can be accessed through the United States National Institute of Health Sequence Read Archive (SRA) under BioProject PRJNA1429402.
