LZSR fast and powerfull archiver
Abstract
LZSR: Ultra-Fast & Adaptive Data Archiver LZSR is a high-performance data compression and archiving tool designed for speed, flexibility, and data integrity. Built to handle modern workloads, it balances aggressive compression ratios with near-instantaneous processing speeds. Key Features Ultra-Fast Compression: Optimized engine designed for high-speed throughput, minimizing CPU overhead while maximizing data reduction. Advanced Solid-Mode: Features a sophisticated Solid-Mode archiving option, significantly improving compression ratios when handling large sets of similar files. Specialized Format Handling: Intelligent heuristics specialized for diverse file types, including: Multimedia: Raw audio (WAV) and image (BMP) data. Binaries: Optimized processing for Executables (EXE) and libraries. Proprietary Integrity Control: Uses a custom-built, secure, and high-speed hashing algorithm to ensure every byte is preserved and verified during extraction. Dual-Licensing Model: Available under GPLv3 for open-source projects and a Commercial License for proprietary integration. USAGE: Usage: LZSR - a Add files to archive x Extract files in destination path v Verify all files in Archive (CRC32) l List archive r Recurse subdirectories s Solid Mode ON [defaul OFF] v Verbose Mode b [default -b1] set LZbuffer memory -b0 [32MB]...-b5[1GB] Examples of compression : lzsr a c:\archive c:\infile lzsr a -r c:\archive c:\path lzsr a -r -b5 archive path lzsr a -r -v archive path\*.bmp Example of decompression : lzsr x c:\archive c:\outpath lzsr x archive outpath lzsr x archive outpath\*.bmp
