Abstract

This repository contains the R scripts used to reproduce the statistical analyses and figures presented in a manuscript submitted to JGR: Biogeosciences, including regression analyses, weighted optimum and tolerance range calculations. The dataset used in these analyses is available in a separate Zenodo record digitized from Breman (1975).
