Patent Filing: Non-Blocking Integrity Halt Primitive for Intelligent Systems
Abstract
This work introduces a non-blocking integrity halt primitive for intelligent systems, designed to detect and suspend execution when structural integrity conditions are violated without triggering refusal, error states, or content moderation. Unlike conventional blocking or refusal-based safeguards, the system halts processing by returning a non-finalized execution state, preserving downstream recovery, review, or safe resumption pathways. The approach operates prior to semantic execution and evaluates structural coherence rather than content meaning, truth, or intent. The architecture is model-agnostic and applicable across large language models, agent orchestration frameworks, and automated review pipelines. Primary applications include scientific validation, prompt-injection resilience, and integrity-preserving AI deployment in regulated or high-stakes environments. This release documents the system logic, execution positioning, and state transitions while intentionally omitting implementation heuristics. ⚖️ Disclosure Notice This repository constitutes a public technical disclosure of an invention for the purpose of establishing prior art under applicable patent and intellectual property frameworks.
