Abstract

We formalize a telomere protocol for CDIP v3.0 as a proof-theoretic ordinal bound on 2-cell depth in the non-commutative enrichment layer. A deterministic ordinal counter Tlife accumulates depth and holonomy-complexity costs, with a Hayflick analogue boundary fixed at ε0. When the boundary is reached, self-modification is frozen and an external anchoring step (Commander BIO signature) is required to reset the counter. The protocol resides in PERIMETER AUX/TELOMERE and preserves non-interference with the frozen CDIP v2.0 CORE.
