Abstract

This companion note reformulates a subset of the MetaTime v36.0 program in PRD-safe termsby anchoring its constructs to standard observables in driven quantum matter. The claim isintentionally conservative: if “latency” is interpreted operationally as the persistence of coarsegrainedstate variables under non-equilibrium drive, then long-lived dynamical order (e.g., discretetime-crystalline response) provides a concrete laboratory proxy for “memory” without invoking newparticles, nonstandard interactions, or any clinical assertions. We define a computational-actionbookkeeping functional and propose a phenomenological mapping in which the “rewrite” componentis proxied by information-geometric line elements derived from the quantum geometric tensor (QGT).Finally, we state a preregisterable falsification suite (CT-1–CT-4) that separates geometry/topologyspecificeffects from amplitude-only stimulation, enforces energy accounting, and yields unambiguousPASS/FAIL outcomes.
