Abstract

Modern civilization conditions human survival on economic participation, enforcing compliance through deprivation of housing, healthcare, and basic resources. This paper proposes a technical framework for non-coercive survival systems in which existence is unconditional, the planetary substrate is treated as a commons, and status emerges from demonstrated contribution rather than inherited power or accumulated capital.
