Abstract
بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم This paper addresses a recurring limitation in scaling energy extraction/regulation systems: despite abundant external flux (especially solar), performance often saturates early due to accumulated boundary losses and leakage driven by coupled time–phase, lateral–structural, and thermal effects. 1) Core idea: Operational Closure The paper introduces a measurable criterion defining operational closure as the condition in which the mean net electromagnetic power flux across a closed reference surface approaches zero over a specified decision-time window (BDT) within measurement tolerance. This enables a practical pass/fail judgment on leakage without requiring perfect instantaneous closure. 2) Tree-like hierarchical architecture (3 levels) The system is reorganized into three functional layers: 2L: peripheral nodes (local capture/feeding points) 1L: regulating clusters (aggregation, synchronization, and reduction of lateral leakage) 0L: a central core (final operational-closure decision on the reference surface) 3) Formalizing “cluster locking” at level 1L To make cluster locking verifiable rather than descriptive, the paper embeds the Electromagnetic Locking Law (EL) in its “natural” role inside the 1L layer as a formalization tool—specifying what is measured, on which boundaries, what leakage is admissible, and when a cluster can be declared locked. It proposes that cluster locking is enforced through three complementary conditions: phase quantization along closed paths, energetic boundary isolation (net flux across the cluster boundary approaching zero), and dynamic stability of the phase error under a Lyapunov-type criterion (decay/containment of phase error). 4) “Multi-domain closure layers” as robustness supports The notion of closure is structured into supporting layers that prevent stability collapse at high operating regimes, including: geometric, angular, phase, temporal, structural, medium-dependent, and thermal closure layers. The paper also mentions auxiliary mechanisms such as regulated circulation and thermal closure / PCM storage. 5) Main practical contribution Converts “closure” from a broad claim into a measurement-based criterion (reference surface + decision window + pass/fail test). Links scalability to a functional hierarchy (nodes–clusters–core) rather than relying on a single element. Positions the EL law as a local verification/formalization tool at 1L, without replacing the final operational-closure criterion. لا إله إلا الله وحده لا شريك له ، له الملك وله الحمد وهو علي كل شئ قدير سبحان الله وبحمده ، سبحان الله العظيم
