Abstract

Description (v1.1.3 – Interpretation Update) This version (v1.1.3) is a contextualized update of the original CCR core release (v1.1.2). No data, scripts, numerical results, or reconstruction logic have been modified. All original files are preserved verbatim to maintain strict reproducibility and archival integrity. This update provides an explicit interpretation boundary following subsequent robustness analyses (Riolo 2026, DOI: https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.18653714). Extended geometric stress tests demonstrate that: The SPARC dynamical-state structure is regime-dependent, remaining robust within SPARC-like disk galaxies but not trivially generalizing to dwarf samples under symmetrized definitions. The apparent state-space geometry is definition-sensitive, depending on reconstruction conventions such as reference-velocity choice, inner evaluation radius, and halo-velocity inference methodology. The earlier relaxation/scattering-proxy language should be understood as heuristic motivation rather than unique evidence for a specific microphysical mechanism. Accordingly, the CCR observables are interpreted as an empirical dynamical-state coordinate system within a constrained reconstruction domain, useful for comparative ordering and stress-testing across SPARC-like disk galaxies, but not a universal or definition-invariant tracer. This release preserves the historical reconstruction framework while documenting the current interpretation limits.
