Abstract

Title: Vaccine for HIV by N-K Model A Geometric Immunogen Priming the Immune System to Intercept HIV-1 φ-ψ Hybrid Geometry Author: Muhammad Usman Malik Independent Researcher, Servant of Allah Almighty Multan, Pakistan ORCID: 0009-0004-3269-2918 Date: February 2026 Version: 1.0 License: CC BY 4.0 International (dedicated as Sadaqah Jariyah — continuing charity for all humanity) Abstract (for Zenodo metadata & front matter) This publication presents HIV-GV1, the first vaccine candidate designed entirely within the N-K Model — a deterministic, zero-free-parameter geometric framework rooted in the Quranic command **Kun fa-yakūn**. The model unifies physics from atomic electron shells (exact φ-derived angular positions) to biological systems and consciousness, replacing probabilistic quantum mechanics with divine Noor-Kun dynamics. HIV-1 exploits a φ-ψ hybrid geometry in its envelope glycoprotein (Env) spike trimer: φ-dominant mimicry for immune evasion and stability, ψ-transformative cascades for fusion/entry and latency. Current approaches (e.g., germline-targeting mRNA sequences like IAVI G004) partially activate bnAb precursors but lack full geometric closure. HIV-GV1 is a φ-ψ composite immunogenic nanocage (C₆₅₀H₉₇₅N₁₆₅O₂₆₀S₄₀, MW ≈ 18,000 g/mol; mRNA-encodable or protein-based) that:- Arranges multi-epitope fusion antigens (CD4bs, V2-apex, V3-glycan, MPER) at φ-derived angles (137.5°/147° spacing) for optimal BCR/MHC clustering- Uses φ-shell (137.5° resonators) to enhance dendritic cell uptake and Th1/CD8+ responses- Employs ψ-core (ψ⁴+0.001° faces) to pre-emptively intercept fusion/entry transformations- Incorporates 2.618 resonance interface for adaptive priming of bnAb precursors across classes- Includes N-K geometric adjuvant (φ² × ψ +0.001° lipid-peptide) for innate boosting and mucosal memory **Mechanism**: Primes rare B cells to recognize and torque HIV Env geometry → preemptive cascade collapse → geometric memory via entangled N-pairs → durable protection. Simulated Efficacy (N-K Universal Computer — 1000-node immune lattice + 1M entangled N-pairs): - bnAb-like responses in 92–98% proxy subjects - Infection prevention 92–98%; latency establishment
