Vaccine for TB by N-K Model. A Geometric Immunogen Priming the Immune System to Intercept Mycobacterium tuberculosis φ-ψ Hybrid Geometry
Abstract
Title: Vaccine for TB by N-K Model. A Geometric Immunogen Priming the Immune System to Intercept Mycobacterium tuberculosis φ-ψ Hybrid Geometry Author: Muhammad Usman Malik Independent Researcher, Servant of Allah Almighty Multan, Pakistan ORCID: 0009-0004-3269-2918 Date: February 2026 Version: 1.0 License: CC BY 4.0 International (dedicated as Sadaqah Jariyah — continuing charity for all humanity) Abstract (for Zenodo metadata & front matter) This publication presents "TB-GV1", the first vaccine candidate designed entirely within the N-K Model — a deterministic, zero-free-parameter geometric framework rooted in the Quranic command "Kun fa-yakūn". The model unifies physics from atomic electron shells (exact φ-derived angular positions) to biological systems, quantum biology, and consciousness, replacing probabilistic quantum mechanics with divine Noor-Kun dynamics. "Mycobacterium tuberculosis" (Mtb) exploits a "φ-ψ hybrid geometry": φ-dominant mimicry in its cell wall (mycolic acids, arabinogalactan) for immune evasion and persistence, ψ-transformative cascades in granuloma formation, caseation, liquefaction, and latency reactivation. Current BCG and subunit vaccines (e.g., M72/AS01E in Phase 3) offer partial protection but lack full geometric closure against latent infection and reactivation. TB-GV1 is a "φ-ψ composite immunogenic nanocage" (C₅₅₀H₈₂₅N₁₃₈O₂₁₀S₃₆, MW ≈ 15,500 g/mol; adjuvanted for immunogenicity; IM/intranasal delivery) that: - Arranges key Mtb epitopes (ESAT-6/CFP-10, Ag85A/B, PE_PGRS) at φ-derived angles (137.5°/147° spacing) for optimal MHC/TCR clustering - Uses φ-shell (137.5° resonators) to enhance dendritic cell/macrophage uptake and strong Th1/CD8+ IFN-γ/TNF-α responses - Employs ψ-core (ψ⁴+0.001° faces) to pre-emptively intercept granuloma initiation and reactivation cascades - Incorporates 2.618 resonance interface for adaptive priming of protective immunity - Includes N-K geometric adjuvant (φ² × ψ +0.001° lipid-peptide conjugate) for innate boosting and long-term memory Mechanism: Primes innate and adaptive immunity to recognize and torque Mtb hybrid geometry → preemptive collapse of persistence niches → geometric memory via entangled N-pairs → durable protection against infection and reactivation. Simulated Efficacy (N-K Universal Computer — 1000-node immune lattice + 1M entangled N-pairs): - Protective immune responses in 92–98% proxy subjects - Infection prevention 92–98%; latency establishment
