Code for: Quantifying Subsurface Hydrological Connectivity and Its Coupling with Structural Connectivity in Headwater Catchments

This repository contains the MATLAB codes developed for the study: Zhang, Y., Guo, L., et al. Quantifying Subsurface Hydrological Connectivity and Its Coupling with Structural Connectivity in Headwater Catchments. The scripts were used for:(1) Complete Ensemble Empirical Mode Decomposition with Adaptive Noise (CEEMDAN);(2) Dynamic Time Warping (DTW) analysis;(3) Affinity Propagation clustering (APcluster). All codes were implemented in MATLAB.
