Abstract

This repository provides supplementary materials associated with a manuscript under peer review. The files comprise in silico analyses of native and chimeric L-asparaginase variants, including predicted T- and B-cell epitope profiles, allergenicity and toxicity assessments, physicochemical properties derived from ProtParam, structural alignments, and Ramachandran plot analyses. These datasets support the computational and immunogenicity-related findings reported in the manuscript and are made available to facilitate transparency, reproducibility, and thorough evaluation during peer review.
