MID/QC Applied Substrate Series 19 - Thermal Devices and Coherence Native Heat Routing
Abstract
This paper reframes thermal devices as coherence routing architectures within the MID/QC framework. Classical models of conduction, convection, and radiation are replaced by substrate-native mechanisms: gradient smoothing, coherence mobility, alignment penalties, and emission geometry. Devices such as heat pipes, radiators, insulators, thermal diodes, metamaterials, and phase change systems are interpreted as coherence pathway sculptors. Hybrid devices coupling thermal, acoustic, and optical gradients are introduced
