Scope and Status This release constitutes Version 1 (Conceptual Registration) of the ITOE-Adjusted Happiness Index. It establishes authorship, terminology, and conceptual boundaries for citation, attribution, and priority purposes. Formal mathematical expressions, calibration methods, algorithms, and applied dashboards are intentionally excluded from this release and will be disclosed in subsequent, versioned publications.
