Abstract

This book applies the CORA (Cellular Organization Re-alignment Architecture) framework to cancer biology, reframing malignancy as a problem of organizational misalignment rather than solely genetic mutation. The work integrates histopathology, cytology, tumor microenvironment dynamics, and systems-level architecture to describe how structural, mechanical, internal model, and functional identity misalignment generate malignant phenotypes and therapeutic resistance.
