Tampopo: Food Functional Peptide Discovery Pipeline
Abstract
Tampopo is a reproducible, end-to-end pipeline for food functional peptide discovery. It supports: Generation of peptide candidates via ProtView digestion (including GI / no_GI branches) Multifunctional bioactive peptide prediction via iMFP-LG Receptor–peptide complex structure prediction via Boltz-2 (GPU recommended), with hotspot-aware metrics Merging and summarization of relative abundance across arms AutoDock Vina docking and strict hit-table construction Optional short OpenMM molecular dynamics (MD) simulations and post-run QC Repository: https://github.com/zijianliang1/Tampopo
