PENGARUH MOTIVASI PETUGAS APRON MOVEMENT CONTROL TERHADAP KEDISIPLINAN PETUGAS GROUND HANDLING DI APRON BANDAR UDARA INTERNASIONAL EL TARI KUPANG MELALUI VARIABEL INTERVENING KINERJA PETUGAS APRON MOVEMENT CONTROL

ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze the effect of Apron Movement Control officers' motivation on the discipline of Ground Handling officers at El Tari Kupang International Airport Apron through the intervening variable of Apron Movement Control officers' performance. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method of 108 Ground Handling officers as respondents. Data collection was conducted through questionnaires and analyzed using the Partial Least Square–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) technique through SmartPLS software. The results show that the motivation of Apron Movement Control officers has a positive and significant effect on the discipline of Ground Handling officers. In addition, motivation has a positive and significant effect on the performance of Apron Movement Control officers, and the performance of Apron Movement Control officers has a positive and significant effect on the discipline of Ground Handling officers. The performance of Apron Movement Control officers has been proven to mediate the effect of motivation on the discipline of Ground Handling officers.
