Information Leakage Theory (ILT): A Finite-Capacity Framework for Physics
Abstract
Information Leakage Theory (ILT) proposes that physical reality is governed by a finite information capacity rather than infinite degrees of freedom. The theory is built around a single fundamental mathematical object—the Deepak–Granth Operator—from which classical mechanics, quantum mechanics, gravitation, and electromagnetic phenomena emerge as different limiting regimes. In ILT, gravity arises from information saturation, quantum tunnelling from enforced information leakage, and distinguishability limits replace traditional ultraviolet divergences. The framework introduces a universal saturation width (≈ 1.6, dimensionless) as a geometric invariant of information flow. This work presents the conceptual foundations, mathematical structure, and numerical evidence supporting ILT as a unified, dimensionless description of physical laws.
