Statistical analysis for predicting fat and lean volumes in live animals
Abstract
The following statistical R script was performed to analyse the prediction of fat and lean volumes of the entire body without viscera of pigs and goats based on the fat and lean thicknesses measured by computed tomography and liveweight. Simple linear regressions were computed with the lm function.
