Integrated snRNA-seq AnnData of paired primary–recurrent glioblastoma
Abstract
We generated a processed AnnData object containing integrated and annotated single-nucleus RNA-seq profiles from paired primary and recurrent glioblastoma samples obtained from a publicly available GEO dataset (accession code GSE131928).
