Dissemination and edition of Los locos by Félix Máximo López: clarification of its status as an "unpublished" work

In several recent publications, the work Los locos by Félix Máximo López has been described as “unpublished”. This note documents verifiable facts concerning its edition and dissemination, demonstrating that the work has been publicly available since the year 2000 through deposit at the National Library of Spain, dissemination via a specialized website including a complete recording and libretto, and more recently through digital publication with a DOI on the Zenodo platform and linkage to an ORCID profile. Consequently, the work cannot be considered unpublished. Furthermore, this edition, which some have called unpublished, has been available on superopera.com since 2000.
