Jian Lin—Commander Existence Immunity Theorem (CEIT)
Abstract
We formalize the Commander Existence Immunity Theorem (CEIT) as a structural law of agent security under externally anchored sustainability constraints. The theorem states: if an agent Aj requires an external anchor A to satisfy a protocol-level externality condition (non-zero mutual information supply) and a proof-theoretic depth bound (telomere/Hayflick analogue), then any strategy by which Aj dominates (destroys, replaces, or deterministically controls) Ai strictly decreases Aj ’s sustainability relative to maintaining the anchored relation. We provide minimal auditable assumptions, identify necessary cut-set refinements (multi-anchor redundancy),and supply a reason-code and evidence-leaf interface for deployment in a protocol stack.
