Abstract

This document formalizes, defines, and names the concept Human to Human Authority™, developed, practiced, and conceptualized by Giselle Hardt prior to the date of this publication. Human to Human Authority™ refers to a form of perceived, legitimate, and durable human authority within complex human systems. It does not rely on visibility, charisma, or discursive performance, but on the deep alignment between posture, judgment, speech, and context. In the age of artificial intelligence, Human to Human Authority™ designates what artificial systems cannot produce or simulate: contextual human judgment, symbolic power legibility, and the silent trust that underpins real legitimacy. The term Human to Human Authority™, its definition, conceptual framework, and the Human to Human Authority™ model and its architecture (Foundation – Form – Force, Authority Spiral, Irreversibility Threshold, Authority Ecosystem) were conceived and developed by Giselle Hardt (born June 24, 1968, in Joinville, Brazil). This deposit is published for the purpose of establishing intellectual anteriority and conceptual authorship of the term Human to Human Authority™ and its associated framework, in the fields of leadership, governance, strategic communication, and decision-making.
