Abstract

Converted (.mzML) and merged (.msd) MALDI-ToF-MS spectra for 15 modern animal bones recovered from underwater caves in Mount Gambier, South Australia. Raw spectra were processed and merged following Mylopotamitaki et al., (2024; https://doi.org/10.1038/s41586-023-06923-7). An excel spreadsheet with a list of specimens, contextual information, an recorded peptides is also included.
