Strategic Roadmap for Universal Electricity Access in Myanmar

This report constitutes the outcome of a three-weeks capacity building activity on GEP-OnSSET as part of the 2025 Energy Modelling Platform for Africa workshop. The author(s) collected input data, set parameters, calibrated the model, and ran electrification investment scenarios for Myanmar; in order to explore pathways leading to the achievement of electrification targets. The results of this analysis are not conclusive, butrather the output of experimentation with the model and thus only indicative.
