Abstract

This technical report collects implementation-level extensions of the RAPS-Dome architecture that are intentionally out of scope for the corresponding journal manuscript. It includes (i) an exploratory integration of the AILEE framework into the HLV/RAPS stack, and (ii) governance/safety/cloud-native execution layers (HBDL, NNPA, DSM, EMP/RF shielding, policy engine) intended as a system-engineering specification for follow-up prototyping and field validation.
