ECG Analisys (Script 03/03) - Metadata Merge, Stats & Plots

ECG Analysis Pipeline — Script 03/03 GUI-based R pipeline for merging ECG summaries with external metadata and performing group-wise statistical analysis and visualization across multiple animals. What's included GUI selection of summary file, metadata file, and output folder Robust merge by mouse_id GUI multi-select to choose which groups to include (plots + stats) Automatic statistical testing: t-test for 2 groups one-way ANOVA + Tukey HSD for >2 groups Per-metric bar plots (mean ± SD) with individual data points Export of merged datasets, statistics tables, and PDF plots Inputs Upstream summary Excel file (must contain mouse_id) Metadata Excel file (must contain mouse_id and Group) Outputs merged_data_ALL.csv / merged_data_FILTERED.csv stats_per_metric.csv (+ stats_tukeyHSD_all_metrics.csv if applicable) Plots/*.pdf Citation Developed by Michele Buono.
