Abstract

This paper continues the development of the Unified VTD Theory, focusing on the mechanisms of macro- and micro-interactions within a medium of variable time density (T). We introduce the "Chronal Densification Coefficient" (Kt), which allows for the calculation of local space viscosity depending on the system's velocity. Primary attention is given to resolving the Dark Matter problem: it is demonstrated that the anomalous stability of galaxies is explained not by hidden mass, but by the hydrodynamic properties of super-dense time arising at high rotational velocities. The paper also formulates the "Universal Law of Conservation of Information," according to which black holes act as universal data archives for the Universe, and biological neural networks (the brain) are viewed as examples of quantum interfaces accessing this field.
