Abstract

A formal systems framework describing constraint formation as a protective phase transition when applied force exceeds adaptive capacity. Includes a calibrated “Metabolic Governor” model, failure regime taxonomy (brittle, frozen, genesis), and an appendix extending the framework to human cognition as non-clinical constraint reversal.
