Abstract

Androrithm: Reclaiming Human Centrality in an Automated World The article analyzes the dialectical relationship between algorithmic automation and the persistent need for human input in technological development. Through the concept of "Androrithm," introduced by futurist Gerd Leonhard, it explores the dimensions of human experience that escape mathematical encoding, such as empathy, intuition, and moral judgment. It examines the critical issues emerging in the current AI-dominated technological scenario, namely: Heteromation and "Ghost Work," which reveal the invisible human infrastructure that supports AI, often characterized by precarious and alienating forms of labor required to train models; “System 0”, the artificial cognitive extension that pre-processes information, risking inducing "unconscious servitude" through algorithmic filtering; Psychomatics and Algorethics, the new multidisciplinary frameworks developed to understand the differences between artificial and biological cognition, translating human values into computable directives based on "epistemic humility." Zero Sales Resistance (ZSR), or the risk of eroding critical thinking in the face of big data persuasion. In conclusion, it is argued that the future of AI depends on strengthening the original Androrithms: the transition to "Human Artificial Intelligence" requires work transparency, critical education, and ethical governance that reaffirms the primacy of humans over technology.
